Beachy Keen - completed


Here you have the final painting. Even got a few
sailboats out there... It was a tedious matter to
paint the stripes on that umbrella, but also kind of
enjoyable because that is the focal point area.
Let me know what you think. This is Rehobeth
in Delaware, by the way.

It is 20" x 20".
$600.
Oil and alkyd.

That sand must have been either fun or a pain... As for umbrella stripes, I find toothpicks to be a rather useful tool in doing fine stuff like whiskers. But to get the uniform thickness on those stripes, wow!
